Rooms on the ground floor are equipped with natural air-conditioning (a ground heat exchanger). The air is taken from the outdoors and cooled down in the ground. In winter the air has 2 Celsius degrees (centigrade), and in the summer 16. The air is brought directly into the rooms. Apartments are air-conditioned. The other rooms are equipped with a mechanical ventilation.
